Three administrations, three decisions

Estuary compact / two ferry depots

A weekly ration draft initially treated a closed ferry as a late delivery. The local reviewer corrected the assumption and split the allocation across two depots. The subscription includes reconciliation training, not a promise of more food. The recorded outcome is a signed schedule; residents’ receipt of every parcel is outside this case record.

Ridge assembly / a disputed tax exception

Two districts used different descriptions for the same workshop exemption. NationInt produced a comparison sheet with the original wording intact. The finance official signed only the uncontested portion and left the exemption pending. That pause is an administrative result, not a failed automation score. An appeal officer receives the disputed line rather than a rewritten invoice.

Harbour charter / a roster mismatch

A visitor’s paper registration and depot roster disagreed on the issuer field. The identity queue returned both records to a registrar. No replacement identity was generated. The emergency team used an already-approved guest allocation while the match remained unresolved. The case ends at that authorised allocation, not at a declaration that the person’s identity was proved.
